Padriag Hughes brings decades of cross-industry experience to Musica Republica. His career spans senior roles across banking and finance, where he developed expertise in corporate finance and strategic investment. He has overseen commercial property portfolios, built and operated hospitality businesses, and led international business development across multiple continents. More recently his focus has expanded into renewable energy, hydrogen technology and artificial intelligence — sectors where innovation meets long-term societal impact.

The technical architect behind Musica Republica. Originally from Indonesia, having lived and worked across Africa, Yomi developed a deep international perspective on technology, entrepreneurship and digital innovation that few possess.

Before co-founding Musica Republica, he built an impressive international freelancing career as a Fiverr Level Two Seller and Upwork professional — delivering more than 50 successful digital product projects for entrepreneurs and businesses across the globe.
